MASTERS FITNESS 6 WEEK PROGRAM DETAILS

What is it?
Our Masters Fitness Program is fitness class for adults 55+ that combines strength, balance, and functional movement to help you stay strong, capable, and independent as you age.

When is it?
July 6 – August 12
Mondays & Wednesdays
12:00 PM

How long is the class?

Each class is 60 minutes long.

What ages are appropriate?

This will be designed for 55+ adults.

What is the cost?
$265 per 6-week session

(payment plans available)

Do I have to be in shape to start?
No. In fact, many people join because they want help getting started. Our job is to meet you where you are today and help you become a little stronger, more mobile, and more confident each week. You don't need to be fit to start—you just need to be willing to show up.

2 | SPEAK TO A COACH

3 | SHOW UP

Show up on the first day, meet other motivated masters adults, and have fun! Your coach will guide you through the hour so you always know what to do and how to do it safely.

Before joining CrossFit Renaissance, Bill struggled with finding structured and effective workouts. “I’m sure like others, I tried Planet Fitness but because there wasn't a coach to help him do, he got hurt.

I would tell them my backstory and how much it helped me.” For those just starting, he advises, “Don’t give up. Stick with it and don’t try to keep up with the guy next to you. If it’s a timed session and he does 10 reps and you’re only able to do 7, you will catch up in time. I guarantee it.”
