The Momentum Summer Camp: Youth Fitness and Resilience is a summer program designed to get kids ages 8-14 moving, engaged and having fun! Our dedicated youth coaches will guide campers through workouts, wellness activities, games, projects and play.

WHY CHOOSE THE MOMENTUM SUMMER CAMP?

This summer, CrossFit Renaissance invites kids to join us for an exciting Summer Camp. Choose from 3 one-week sessions between July 7th - July 25th where your child will grow as an athlete and as an individual.

Our program is designed to challenge participants physically and mentally, build resilience, and most importantly, ensure they have fun!

Campers will focus on gaining strength, learning proper form and technique in the gym, as well as developing confidence and life skills in a supportive and energetic environment. This isn't just about fitness - it's about fostering tomorrow's champions on all levels.

What is it?
This is a summer program designed to get kids moving, engaged and having fun! Workouts, wellness activities, games, projects and play.

When is it?
Session 1: July 7-July 11

Session 2: July 14-July 18

Session 3: July 21-July 25

How long is the day?

Drop off 8:30am - Pick Up 3pm

What ages are appropriate?

The Momentum Summer Camp is open to kids ages 8-14.

What is the cost?
$300 per week.

Save $50 per week by registering before May 1st!

Will lunch be provided?
No, we will not provide lunch. Campers can put food and drink in our refrigerator and will have access to a microwave if needed.

What should you bring?

Campers should wear comfortable clothes and athletic sneakers. Minimal jewelry should be worn and hair should be pulled back. Bring: water, towel, change of clothes, snacks and lunch, camp or beach chair, book/game for downtime.

I love coaching kids and teens! It's exciting to help kids discover what they are capable of.

I started the Renaissance Youth program in 2018 because I wanted to introduce a younger generation to the benefits of strength and conditioning. Through our coach led classes, kids and teens build confidence and feel great both mentally and physically.

I believe we have an incredible opportunity to set kids up for a lifetime of health!

NASM-Certified Personal Trainer

Trista is a seasoned coach, with years of experience coaching youth strength and conditioning.

She is passionate about helping individuals of all ages develop confidence, strength, and teamwork both on and off the field. Her coaching style is fun, supportive, and inclusive—perfect for inspiring athletes to enjoy fitness while reaching their goals.

Trista can’t wait to bring her energy and expertise to camp this summer!

Trista is a Division 1 rower at Temple University, where she’s pursuing her degree in Human Development and Community Engagement.
